The Department of Plant Science and Landscape Architecture (PSLA) offers three undergraduate majors. Two lead to the Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree; one in Plant Sciences and the other in Agricultural Sciences and Technology. The third major leads to a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (B.L.A.) degree. PSLA faculty members also advise students in the multidisciplinary Environmental Science and Policy Program. Agricultural Sciences and Technology

Plant Sciences: Horticulture and Crop Production
The Horticulture and Crop Production Program is intended as a curriculum that will qualify graduates for direct entry into any one of a large number of agronomic and horticultural industries. Environmental Science and Policy: Environment & Agriculture
This concentration prepares students to work in agro-ecology, agricultural land management and conservation, integrated pest management, and plant protection and production sciences. There is also a sub-concentration appropriate for those wishing to work internationally with organizations like the Peace Corps. This is an interdepartmental program.
